All Volunteers Must Re-Register
|
CMS has updated its Volunteer Management System.
All CMS volunteers will need to re-register
in the new system.
Please go to the
CMS Volunteer website to re-register.
CMS has also updated the volunteer regulations, so there are no longer four
volunteer levels. Volunteer levels
are now "Supervised," "Unsupervised without driving," or "Unsupervised with
driving."
If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to
osp@cms.k12.nc.us or contact
the volunteer coordinator at your school (Suzy Aldridge at
980-343-6371 or
suzy.aldridge@cms.k12.nc.us).
Please register ASAP! Filling out the application takes only a few minutes,
and the screening process is faster now,
but the NYC trip is quickly approaching so don't delay.
Thank you to all our volunteers for everything you do.

Harris Teeter "Together In Education" Program
|
It is time to re-link your Harris Teeter VIC Cards. This is a very profitable
fundraiser that costs us nothing.
PHS band boosters can start earning money August 1st on all linked VIC cards,
and Harris Teeter is giving double points for
all purchases made in August. Please sign up at your earliest convenience so
that we may take full advantage of the double
points. You can link your card online
here, or give the Harris
Teeter PHS Band Boosters number 1906 to the cashier the next time you check
out. Note: You must link your VIC
card every year, so if you linked to us in the past, you need to relink.
Again, the school code to link it to is 1906.
