Charms

CHARMS is a management, communication and financial program used by the Booster Club. We use Charms to maintain up-to-date contact information, send group emails and track fee payments, fundraising profits and account balances. You may also make payments via credit card using Charms (additional fee applies).

Each student in band is assigned a password (student ID#) protected Charms account. Our school code is ProvidenceHSBand (with no “s” at the end).

We encourage all members to access Charms and verify that contact information is accurate. New members, please allow time for the Booster Club to add you to the system.
