After taking the year off in 2025 due to track renovations, we are thrilled to be back to host our favorite event of the year on Saturday, October 24, at Providence High School, 1800 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270.

 

The Providence Cup has quickly become one of the premier Marching Band Competitions in North Carolina. Our commitment to a renowned judging panel and top notch facilities ensure your group has the best experience possible. Prior Providence Cup events have received great reviews from participants and the school has wonderful facilities, including a HIGH press box.

 

You can look forward to:

  • Warm hospitality from dedicated volunteers, staff, and event leadership
  • Accessible stadium seating and convenient handicap parking available
  • Pre-paid, reserved spectator parking located close to the stadium for easy access
  • Free spectator parking nearby with shuttle service provided to and from the stadium

 

Registration

 

  • Registration will be limited to the first 18 bands who have completed the online registration form AND submitted the $100 registration fee online.
     
  • Performance order in each class will be determined by the time stamp of the registration payment. To ensure that you obtain your preferred performance time, please register as soon as possible by submitting both your form and your payment via the links below.
